Hantrix Academy does not offer outcome based or performance based refunds. Success in ecommerce and dropshipping depends on multiple external factors beyond the control of the platform.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension of access to current and future courses. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination.
